Your Questions, Answered

  • Many women continue to feel fatigue, brain fog, and weight struggles despite ‘normal’ lab results because standard tests like TSH miss the autoimmune activity, nutrient gaps, gut issues, and inflammation.

I use tighter, research based optimal ranges and look at the full picture- not just the numbers.

You are not alone in this. Many women feel this way and are dismissed by their doctors.

  • Yes — this is extremely common. Standard “normal” ranges are broad and often don’t match how women actually feel.

I review full thyroid panels (including antibodies) and collaborate with prescribers who treat symptoms, not just numbers.

  • Hashimoto’s is the #1 cause of hypothyroidism in women — an autoimmune condition where your immune system attacks your thyroid.

It’s confirmed with TPO and TgAb antibody tests (often missed in basic labs).

At least 90% of the women I work with have it, even if they were told it was “just hypothyroidism.”

  • Common symptoms include:

    • PeCrushing fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix

    • Brain fog and poor concentration

    • Unexplained weight gain or stalled loss

    • Hair thinning or loss

    • Digestive issues (constipation, bloating)

    • Feeling cold, anxiety, or hormone imbalances

    • Symptoms often creep up for years before diagnosis.

  • I don’t use generic protocols or endless supplements.

I create a plan based on your labs, symptoms, and triggers — focusing on gut health, inflammation, stress, and nutrient status.

I’ve helped women lower antibodies and regain energy because I treat the autoimmune root, not just the thyroid numbers.

(And yes — I’ve been there myself and got my antibodies down.)

  • Primarily yes — I specialize in women with Hashimoto’s because it’s what I’ve lived and helped hundreds of women overcome.

Many also have overlapping gut, hormone, or chronic issues including other autoimmune diseases, which we address together.

  • We start with what your doctor has ordered (or I can help order basic labs).

Then we may add targeted functional testing for nutrients, gut health, hormones, and inflammation only if needed.

    No unnecessary expensive tests upfront.

  • Yes.

Nutrition plays a key role in reducing inflammation, supporting the immune system, and improving gut health—all of which are critical factors in autoimmune conditions.

A targeted, personalized approach is far more effective than generic diet plans or protocols.

  • There’s no single “perfect” diet, but anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense eating works best for most women.

Focus on whole foods, adequate selenium and zinc, fiber-rich vegetables, healthy fats, and protein while identifying your personal triggers (often gluten, dairy, or processed foods).

I help you personalize this — no extreme restriction required.

  • Many clients notice better energy, clearer thinking, and easier digestion in 3–6 weeks.

Deeper improvements (lower antibodies, stable weight, fewer flares) usually show in 3–6 months with consistent follow-through.

Hashimoto’s is managed, not cured — but you can feel like yourself again.

  • Yes. Every client receives a customized plan based on their symptoms, health history, and goals.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to thyroid or autoimmune health.

Many health practitioners use protocols and plans that helped them achieve better health. I don’t do that.

I figure out what your body needs and focus on that because what worked for me, might not work for you.

  • Yes!

If you’re tired of being dismissed, done guessing with food, and ready for a personalized plan that actually moves the needle on your energy and labs.

  • Many of my clients come to me after trying multiple approaches without success.

Often, the missing piece is a deeper, more personalized look at root causes rather than surface-level solutions.

Autoimmune disease is something that needs to be managed. There will be relapses and remissions for the rest of your life. It can’t be cured.

  • Yes. I work with clients remotely, making it easy to get support no matter where you are.

That said, I have an office in Isanti, MN where I see clients in person using applied kinesiology using the Quantum Reflex Analysis method. This is not required to get better though.

  • The first step is to schedule a free consultation where we’ll discuss your symptoms, health history, and goals.

From there, we’ll determine the best path forward for your healing journey.

  • Initial 60–90 minute consultation (full review of your history + labs) is $210.

    Follow-ups are $149 (60 min) or $70 (30 min).

Most women see me every 6–12 weeks the first year.
